Clover is only suppose to be 100 feet tall. Wasn't there a movie when King Kong, and Godzilla were almost the same size?

Japanese King Kong and American King Kong are not the same beast, the former being named after the latter.

To further confound matters, Godzilla has varied wildly in height; not the best chart but: http://images5.fanpop.com/image/photos/25500000/Godzilla-Sizes-Comparison-Chart-godzilla-25551827-1000-1000.jpg

I actually think G1 Megatron is over-sized here. Though his representation is inconsistent across media, I think he's usually 35-45ft tall, not 35m tall. That said, I'd still bet on him to come out on top of this fight. I think only the tripod would be a real challenge, *maybe* Godzilla (and I say that chiefly out of a childhood affection for Godzilla).
