1. They should have bought the fan a beer as they were throwing him out, or 2. The mascot should have just walked away. I can't imagine the mascot kept his job after this, and I can't believe they let that idiot back in after dumping a beer on the team's mascot. If that guy would have dumped a beer on any other employee, on the big screen center-court display, they would have thrown him out of the stadium. If I was in the suit, despite it being the wrong thing to do, I wish I would have acted the same way. No job is worth that.
My guess is this was staged; it reeks of a pro wrestling level plant.
