Miss Iowa Mariah Cary gave a pretty confusing answer when asked what her opinion on marijuana was, during the Miss America Pageant held this Saturday in Las Vegas.

lol! Why do they ask these girls about marijuana. Why is even a question!?! Man people make a big deal out of nothing, while they let other shit slip their mind because it is legal already. HAAAa
