Happened during halftime on Williams-Brice Stadium in Columbia, South Carolina, where University of South Carolina beat Georgia this Saturday: Sergeant First Class Scott Faile, stationed in South Korea, surprises his family after delivering a message on the video board. Tears will be shed.
