Long story short: host of the award show James Corden cuts Adele off during her acceptance speech before she even gets the chance to say "thank you" and Adele politely raises her middle finger at everybody.

It wasn't flipped at 'everbody', it was aimed at the 'suit's as Adele explained after they cut her acceptance speech.
