Haha no you've misunderstood. Of course the company should replace the monitor and fire the cunt that chucked it over the gate, that's why there's protocols in place for damaged goods. But a monitor is generally not a necessity in life, and the obvious show of wealth would lead me to assume that the company would be paying for a replacement, so personally in that situation I'd just go out and buy a monitor, rather than have them deliver it again.
That guy is an a'hole for throwing that.... Someone should throw something valuable of his over the fence, too.... His BUTT should be FIRED!!!!
