Plastic surgery to look like a comic hero:
Herbert Chavez, 35, reportedly underwent chin augmentation, a nose job, silicone lip injections and thigh implants, according to a news report in the Phillipines that's been translated on RealSelf.com. There's speculation that he's had even more than that.

A psychiatrist says Chavez has a bona fide problem -- it's called Body Dysmorphic Disorder -- meaning he's completely carried away with his flaws and with making changes to his body.
