Derek Zoolander himself shows up on SNL with Stefon to advertize his celebrity charity party that will benefit The Derek Zoolander Foundation For Fat Kids Who Are Fat But Not In A Cute Way Like That Fat Kid On "Modern Family." Also, he's introducing a new look called "Cold Coffee."
