When you work, you're paid for that. When you go to school, you're going there only because legally, you have to attempt school until you are 16 years old. When you are on the job market, you choose what you want to do. Not at school. Autonomy doesn't exist at school. You have to ask the permission even if you want to pee. You're free to wake up in the morning to go to work. If you don't go to work, it's your own decision and you have to deal with the consequences.
