Portland lawyer Randal Acker added 400 helium-filled balloons to his law office building on Jackson Street, called "the Figo House", after Portuguese soccer player Luis Figo.

His vintage 1894 Queen Anne Victorian architecture business headquarters is surrounded by the skeleton of Portland State University's 16-story College Station residence hall, due to open in August 2012.
