That's one small step for a scuba diver...
March 29, 2010 in Odessa (Ukraine) TV journalist Julia Gorodetskaya sent the world's first documented underwater tweet, Twitter entry was sent from the floor of the 19-foot-deep pool of dolphinarium „Nemo in Odessa, Ukraine. The underwater tweeting was organized by national mobile operator «Kyivstar». It was documented by regional press and broadcasted live to the Internet.
