Anybody got the guts to do that to a Muslim painting?

@Anonymous, I think the point eludes you. This McNaughton work is lamebrained and trite, yet lots of people hold it up like it's some sort of beautiful metaphor for the love of Jebus inside everyone. So, this is a parody of something that people care about, within the relevant society. If you know of any famous "Muslim" paintings (really, anything with an Islamic theme from the Middle East should do) that are trying to get across an appropriately insipid point, I'm sure someone would be more than happy to Cthulhu it up. It doesn't really matter which fiction the work is about, the defacing of it should be about as funny (though this one packs special punch because of the mouthbreathing Xtian Americans buying into this crappy painting in the first place).

Well RJ, we can all certainly tell which side of the painting you would be on. You are obviously very proud to be among the goats. So very, very sad. Your so-called intelligence has failed you on this one, friend.

Poor anon. Anger and stupidity in one convenient package...

Takes one SICK individual to do something like this to a beautiful painting that holds so much meaning....

@RJ This edit is pathetic and all your pseudo-intellectual drivel doesn't make it any better. I know your type, you hate America and religion, Christianity in particular, you believe you're more "cultured" and smarter than than us dumb ole "mouth-breathers" but you wouldn't have the guts voice your sh**y opinion in person. I think we all know that you are the true mouth-breather here.

I actually like both versions. But then I guess I am a US vet, conservative, and Christian. But then I am also an H.P. Lovecraft fan as well and could imagine a story where the original painting hangs and as the story goes on it slowly changes due to the diabolical influence on the story teller.
