The way to solve the healthcare debate is to assign some personal responsibility to how each person manages their own lifestyle... If you want to eat 3 tubs of ice cream a day then you are going to have higher premiums than someone that excercises 3 times a week. If you smoke, then you pay more. Personal liberties are not to be infringed upon but everything comes with a price. The concept of pricing healthcare premiums should mirror the pricing of life insurance premiums.
