The guy who's gotten his face eaten by "zombie on bath salts" is doing well

Ron Poppo, the man who had half his face chewed off by a an attacker high on bath salts (who apparently turns out he wasn't actually on bath salts) last May in Miami, is still recuperating at a long-term care facility in Cutler Bay, Florida.

According to his caretakers at Jackson Memorial Perdue Medical Center, even though he's blind, he's in good spirits, he gained 50 pounds since the attack and he's relearning to play the guitar.
