London resident Harry Monk spends about an hour in his window overlooking Vince Street in Hoxton, heckling drunken people relieving themselves like animals in his neighborhood during the night.
He should have said "Are you taking a piss?" to all of them.

They were all drunk, what's his excuse? I find a guy wasting his life filming people urinate in public is a lot creepier than a drunk who can't find or be arsed to find a toilet.
Essentially; more than one person does it in an hour, it's fairly normal. Someone starts filming it and it's fucking odd.
