They were the coolest band of creeps in the cartoon universe, five ugly guys with an equally ugly mission- to make those good guys bark like little dogs. But the decks were stacked against them, and those colorful gangsters from the Reservoir were looking to muscle in on their villainous territory, so they had to come up with a sinister plan. They decided to put their gruesome heads together and work as a team, which was unprecedented in the world of evil overlording. But what they didn't know is that the good guys had come up with the same plan, and they outnumbered the baddies ten to one...
