Map: The most disproportionately popular cuisine in each state

Using restaurant review data provided Yelp, Huffington Post has put together this map of the United States that shows which types of food are disproportionately popular in each state.
To get the data for the map, Yelp first calculated the percentage of total restaurants each cuisine represented in a given state. Then, it compared each percentage with the cuisine's representation in restaurants nationwide.
