Smiling bullet-to-the-head survivor of the day

According to Arabian news website Al Arabiya, this man, photographed at the General Hospital in Fallujah, in Iraq, got caught up in a fire exchange, while the car he was in came under attack, and one of the bullets, apparently a Russian 12.7 mm caliber, presumably ricocheted off other things before hitting him, stopped in his skull, failing to perforate it.
