Okay, if anuses (I had to actually think about what the plural of "anus" was...didn't think I'd be doing that when I got up this morning) have to be created, what the hell did people do before babies were born in hospitals? Was this a cause for high infant mortality before modern medicine? Was it a leading cause? I'm going to comment on the original YouTube video too. Enquiring minds and all.
