Physics professor reacts to news that proves his 30-year-old theory to be correct

Theoretical physicist and Stanford University professor Andrei Linde, one of the main authors of the theory of Cosmic inflation theory, is surprised by his assistant professor Chao-Lin Kuo at his home, with news of capturing the first ever images of gravitational waves, or ripples in space-time, a discovery that supports his 30-year-old theory.
