City workers paint handicapped zone around car and then tow it away

Happened in Tel Aviv, Israel: Driver Hila Ben Baruch turned to Facebook to prove she was innocent, after being fined $300 for parking on a handicapped zone outside her house. She obtained this footage from a CCTV camera across the street that shows municipal workers painting the handicapped symbol under her car, while being parked and then towing the vehicle away


After she posted the video on Facebook Monday night and received over 9,000 shares, the Tel Aviv municipality issued an apology and refunded the fines.
