Video illusion of the day: static flow of water

Youtuber Mrbibio demonstrates the stroboscopic effect by filming water flowing from a hose taped to a music speaker.


The explanation, as we come to understand it: the camera's frame rate was set to match the frequency of the speaker's vibration, thus creating the illusion of waqter not flowing.
