Riciculously Photogenic Guy original

This picture, taken at the 2012 Cooper River Bridge Run in South Carolina, was posted on Reddit a couple of days ago, dubbed "My friend calls him 'Mr Ridiculously Photogenic Guy.'" It immediately went viral and pretty soon all the Internet was full of images with the smiling guy in the background, with advice animals-like macros attached.
