As far back as she can remember, Valeria Lukyanova, a 21-year-old woman from Ukraine, always wanted to be a Barbie doll. And apparently, after several surgeries, she achieved her dream.

She's pretty....but damn, how many ribs did she have taken out?
Judging by "it's" 10000+ photos (lolwut?), it cannot change facial expressions at all. I am not sure if it can even speak.

Randomly going though the pictures you will fine some more natural pictures when she is not all caked up or with a blank expression.
But still she has done a lot of plastic surgery.
