Close-minded people should be banned.
Whoever decided to do this to himself needs some serious psychologic treatment.
I think this is beautiful, I'd love to see it healed.
I think this is art in its truest form. This person loved this so much that they marked it into their skin. I love this design. I will be getting my own design soon. I have it all ready I just have to find the right artest to do the best job.
Why should it be banned when its not harming anyone?
