Bad parenting: drunken father makes 9-year-old girl drive van

CCTV footage shows a van pull over at a Citgo gas station, in Brownstown Township, Michigan, at 2 in the morning, with a little girl getting off the driver's seat.
After a witness called 911, 39-year-old Shawn Weimer and his daughter were pulled over by police. The little girl, who was propped up on a booster seat, told the officers her father had been drinking. Weimer said he was teaching his daughter to drive.

According to Brownstown Township Police Detective Lt. Robert Grant, the diminutive designated driver wanted to know why she was stopped. “I was driving good,” she told the officers.
