Unusual bear encounter

What do you do when you see your dog attacked by a bear? You do what every normal dog owner would do: you punch the bear in the face.

That's what 22-year-old Brooke Collins from Juneau did when she saw a black bear getting hold of her dachshund Fudge.

"It was a stupid thing but I couldn’t help it," she said. "I know you’re not supposed to do that but I didn’t want my dog to be killed."
