The case of the impertinent Disney memo

In 1986, Disney execs decided to change the name of one of the cartoons from Basil of Baker Street to The Great Mouse Detective. As a form of protest, this ironic passive-aggressive fake memo started circulating. It is believed to be written by one of the Disney animators, Ed Gombert.
