Okay, the retarded thing here is we have a communications device in the majority of US and UK homes, which links all of us... We shouldn't need a president/pm, we can now collate what people want, we don't need to send someone from every town/city to speak for the people because we can all talk to each other ourselves and propagate the new world order. Instead we use it to bitch about what the person sent to speak for us and mould our world into a sack of shit has been doing lately.
