this is trolling, no one can see it, those who say tey can are liars.
Videos that can't be read on youtube b/c of your country are not displayed this way.
-> you cannot actually play at all the video when it's not available in your country!

Quote: "It started when a reddit user named hamstercannon made a comment on a reddit discussion post about how many American videos on the Comedy Network (Stephen Colbert, John Stewart), Hulu etc cannot be seen outside the U.S. to the frustration of the rest of the world wide web. To show their American counterparts how the rest of the world felt, a plan was made to post “a link to a video and try to get it to the front page of reddit. Of course, we’ll have to find a video that can’t be shown in the US. And we all comment about how awesome it is and how it’s the most amazing thing ever”. A user named “TheZimp” made a video for it, which consisted of an image that said “This video is not available in your country”.

The joke eventually found it’s way to several international subreddits with users from all over the world contributing. The video received a ludicrous title to draw curiosity combined with a joke reference to an episode of Firefly. It was entitled “Street Vendor in Paraguay Juggles Baby Geese”.

Eventually the idea went world wide until people all over the world got in on the practical joke. The video became one of the highest rated and most discussed videos on youtube for that day, The joke was repeated all over the blogosphere with users still pretending, in an Emperor’s New Clothes like manner, that the video could be seen by them with equally exaggerated comments about the merits of the video.

The video served as a mock protest of content control on the world wide web that restricts the fair use of content by people all over the world."
