Woman who fell in the fountain while texting is suing the mall

Looks like the woman the whole Internet laughed at a couple of days ago for falling in the Berkshire Mall fountain because she was distracted by texting is not very happy about the whole thing.
The video has received more than 1.5 million views since it went viral on YouTube last week. The woman in the video, Cathy Cruz Marrero, doesn't think the video is very funny. She claims she could have gotten seriously hurt and that the security guards should have helped instead of laugh.ABC Local
"I'm just like dumbfounded. And all I kept saying was, 'I fell. I fell. I fell in the fountain. I fell in the fountain.'"
Marrero has hired a lawyer to pursue legal action. The investigation is ongoing at the mall as to who leaked the video online.

If she can't do 2 things at the same time, why is she suing the mall? I really hope she doesn't have a driver's licence
If only she had stayed quiet, no one would know who she was...
I was about to say the same thing as the last person. You have no idea who it is in the video and it is very unlikely you will ever recognize her from the video. Making this lawsuit just gave her away.
Maybe there needs to be a no texting and walking law.
