AKA parkour for the lazy:



People from all over the world are doing it. The rules are pretty simple: you lie on the floor or anywere else face-down, with your arms flat against your side and your toes pointing backwords. And remembr: the more the merrier.

The movement was created on Facebook in 2006 and it currently has 103,056 members.
