If the woman was in that much pain, the guy shouldn't have continued. That was horrific to watch, and 4 hours before I get a tattoo in the same spot! Good thing i'm not a pussy.
Imagine her in childbirth! Now that I mention it, when we had our first baby there was a woman down the hall in labor that sounded just like that... for hours. We were so glad when that one was delivered.
