I am pretty sure the cat has a string attached to the collar or something, because it looks unnatural...but that's funny as all hell!
I think this is pathetic, and I feel sorry for the cat to have an owner that encourages he/she to be aggressive. I would not encourage that behavior, poor little one, I could never do this to any of my wonderful furry friends.
