You can see the guy in the top screen in the background of the bottom screen. They are in the same room.

false. the background on the guys screen is different than it would be if he was in the same room. laaaame.
Its exposure man... the lighting changes because of his very much white clothing taking up over half the screen, it causes the background to be darker. not to mention the fact that his laptop screen is bright
By contrast a brighter background washes out the color of the foreground. This is a common issue with cameras.

dude, his head is tilted the wrong way because of the differing camera angles of the two cameras.
you all fail, the shit is that they got each other on chatroulette, a program that randomly connects two random users in a digital conversation. This coupled with them being in the same room should be some crazy paradox, but its just lame.

In a world where all video transfer is instantaneous, yes, it would be fine to point out slight differences in the guy's position. However, half a second is plenty of time for him to move his head (which accounts for most/all of the differences) & the screen cap to be grabbed before the video on the other end is updated.
I don't see any differences between the guy and the guy in the background, besides why would you fake something like that when you could just make it real?

so, you havent examined the picture enough to realise that the laptop isnt facing the exact same way as the camera in the bottom picture.
