Unfortunate acne pattern

The kid has been nicknamed Craphead Slaphead by his schoolmates because his acne-filled face. And then one morning he wakes up looking like this:

or his brother or mates greased up their fingers and kept writing "arse" on his forehead when he sleapt - with great results! :-)
beautiful eye color though... if that helps any... :/
hahaha.. very funny this.. I would have asked him to buy renova, but that would still not delete this image from my memory!
