Che Guevara street art

Sunday, January 18, 2009

You probably know him from T-shirts and stencils on walls. Che Guevara has been an icon for hippies and socialists everywhere, the logo of a generation. He was extremely popular even though people don't know much about him. And even though Steven Soderbergh's movie about him, which I've seen last night, sucked big time .

The picture above is a stencil by Dutch graffiti artist Dolk Lundgren. Check out some more Che Guevara Street-Artworks.
