Here in Portland, snow is a pretty rare thing, except this year. the past few days it's been icy, snowy, and a nightmare for drivers. I love it! Hopefully it's only going to get worse.
i live in canada so this kind of thing is pretty common
I live in Portland on a hill, so I see this every time we get snow or ice (at least once a year for a few days or so). It is even more fun to watch in person.
In Canada it's not as common. sure we get lots of snow and ice but people are expecting it. Although I live in the snow belt. It's not nearly as bad everywhere.
