I don't know, but I'm willing to guess it's "not being dead." There's not a lot to celebrate in the DPRK.
looks like mornging gymnastics to me..
Hard not to get a superior turnout when you shut off the food and threaten to shoot their families....

They are practising for the Arirang mass games.
