Baldwin Street is a 350 meter long street in New Zealand that begins with a moderate slope and then climbs steeply to reach a maximum slope of 1:2.86 or 19 degrees!

That's nothing. There is a road in Cornwall with a 33% slope (i.e. ~30 degs). I have a pic to prove.
