Very funny, as well as practical and informative. My own home is surrounded with Claymore mines in the event of a zombie mob, and I'm working on installing the kits in critical locations (car, garage, attic, basement, gym locker). Thanks for your work. --non-anonymous guy

I'd use an 8 gauge if i could find one. Deffinately not 7 1/2 12 gauge
No matter what size, use slug ammo. Not much heavier than shot, but more accurate over a longer distance. Head shots become easier. Slug will almost completely destroy a human head. Even shots to the extremities would incapacitate; can't walk if you're missing most of your knee joints. Can't crawl if your arms are hanging by a thin thread of skin. Slow them down enough to finish with a head shot or a heavy cleave with the knife if you need to save ammo. Destroy the spine or the brain and you stop the zombie.
