Unattended dog gets graffitied good

An English woman found her dog scribbled all over with different color markers after leaving it outside a shop by itself for about 10 minutes, while being inside. The 'sick yobs' as she called them, also left a smiley face on the dog's leg.

Dawn Lavall, 43, is an animal lover, having also neither less nor more than 10 cats and two guinea pigs.
The dog, an American Bulldog, which is a pretty fierce looking dog race, named Precious, was rescued by Dawn from her previous owner who had been mistreating her. She says the dog used to be very friendly with people but now she's just scared when anyone goes near her.
"She is my baby. It makes my blood boil that someone could be so cruel. I can’t see how they can get any sort of pleasure from drawing all over a defenceless animal."
I'm not saying that what those guys did wasn't wrong, and I'm not saying that what the owner did - leaving the dog outside the shop - wasn't wrong either, but if that happened to my dog, and he'd look like that, I couldn't help myself and I'd have at least one big laugh about it.

We have about a bajillion CCTV cameras in the UK.... surely one of them will have recorded who was outside the shop when this happened?
Yeah. The police are doing everything that's humanly possible to catch the perps. I hear now they got them working in shifts on this case... :P

I thought this was a cute story until I realized she was seriously angry. I wonder if the cops are going to book the 3 year old with the washable marker?
What a good dog! Plus! Those are hearts on the dogs forehead. At least someone didn't draw genitalia.
