This is Joaquin Phoenix, the actor. On January 8, at the People's Choice Awards he won an award and, not being at the ceremony, he used a couple cards to give a message in honor of the writers strike. This is one of those cards.
One of the problems is that he is a notorious drinker. The other is he misspelled his own name.
