How does a dog react when dealing with the loss of his friend? (more pics)
A dog dealing with the loss of his friend hit by a car. Sad but touching images.

This is one of the reasons why dogs make better pets than cats. They get attached to their friends. And to their owners, like this one.

Don't ask me why but this for some reason is one of the saddest pictures I have seen in a long time. For some reason I found is very moving. Can you tell I'm a dog lover.

Somebody probably did do something with the alive dog. My guess is it went in a pot next to the road kill. I'm sure it didn't go to waste.

No ta long time ago, similar pictures with cats were posted on the internet. I find this touching and sad, but I do not agree with your conclusion about dogs being better pets. They are different than cats, which is only natural and that means that they are targeted by different people as suitable pets.
