I remember years ago I went to see the Philharmonic and half way though the performance the jackass behind me pulls out a family sized bag of peanut M&Ms.
All I could hear the rest of the night was the rustling of his bag and the crunching of his face as he noisily chomped on his mid performance snack.
Well, that's what you can expect to find when people ask for rights but do not accept any responsibilities in exchange for those rights.
Accident? no way!
Still, a brilliant idea, and the point was taken :D
