Yoko Ono tweets against gun violence in America

In a gesture of denouncing gun violence in the U.S., Yoko Ono tweeted this photo yesterday, of the bloody glasses her husband John Lennon wore on the night he got shot in 1980.

And around 1,284,798 have been killed by drunk drivers between then and now. Why is a shooting death so much worse than any other form of death?

My apologies, I meant to say "Auto accidents in general," not just drunk driving incidents.

Her statistics are probably BS anyway, that number is probably including suicides,bad guys shot by cops etc. etc.

Guns can only be used for one thing – killing people. Ban all guns! Only place they need guns is in the military, and the police under special circumstances. The police in my country don’t carry guns unless there is a reported shooting.

Wow read my post again. I am saying she is using BS statistics. Which include all gun related deaths to make a point. if you took out all of the non BS statistics like cops killing someone that deserved it, and someone breaking into a house that got killed, and even suicides, the number would be a lot lower. Now who's the dumb ass.
