Art vandalism of the day: stenciling over Picasso

Video shows a man, Mexican-American artist Uriel Landeros (?), according to the Youtube uploader, applying a stencil over a Picasso at The Menil Collection in Houston, Texas. The stencil is of a bullfighter fighting a bull with the word "conquista" underneath. Art or fart?


According to MyFoxHouston, the painting was rushed to the museum's chief conservator and all the spray paint has been removed from it.

No arrests have been made in connection with the incident.
