He has been performing since the 1970's having all kinds of artistic installations but what really made him famous are his Still-life performances. These include the "Proletarian Mural" and "Tarzan", displayed below, which were performed on the streets of Germany. Internationally, he is still semi-unknown.

The performances featured in his Still-life series involve some form of optical illusions that make him look like he is defying the laws of gravity. They seem really impossible. Let me know if you figure out how they are done.
