Neighbor feud

After losing his beautiful view of the mountains, Mark Easton, a Utah councilman, complained about his neighbor's newly built house for being a little higher (18 inches) than ordinances would allow.

Being forced by the authorities to drop his roof line at great expense, the neighbor decided to "remodel" his house a little.

This is the councilman's new view:
