"The Thing" board game

Monday, November 20, 2017

Experience John Carpenter classic science-fiction horror The Thing as a board game, with The Thing: Infection at Outpost 31.
In this complex game of hidden identities, you'll race to discover who amongst the team has been infected by this heinous new life form and work to prevent its escape - because the rest of humanity is at stake! No pressure or anything. Play as one of a dozen characters from the film (including MacReady, Childs, Garry, and more). Gather your gear, investigate the facility, face sabotage, expose any imitations that have infiltrated your crew, fight the Thing - then escape Outpost 31! Remember: your friends are the warmest place to hide. And so are you.

Here's Elijah Wood explaining the game:

The Thing board game is a thrilling blend of strategy and deception, inspired by the iconic 1982 sci-fi horror movie. Players must work together to escape a remote outpost while figuring out who among them has been infected by an alien entity. Trust is fragile, as anyone could secretly be "The Thing," working against the group. It's a game of wits, deduction, and nerve-wracking accusations that keeps players on edge till the end.

For a quick decision-making test in gaming, hit the button quick maths could add an extra layer of challenge. Imagine a tense moment where every second counts, pushing players to think faster and take risks!
